Product warranty

All products sold by SC EXET TOUR SRL have a 24-month warranty. The warranty period begins from the moment the order is placed on the website or by phone. To obtain the warranty, you must keep the warranty certificate, invoice or tax receipt.

Any warranty issue will be resolved within a maximum of 15 calendar days, according to law no. 449/2003, art. 14, par. 4.
