Delivery policy

WE ALSO DELIVER TO EUROPE!

The shipping cost is 99 RON .
For Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway), please contact us before placing your order.

All international orders must be paid in advance, by card, directly on the website.
Delivery time is 5–7 business days .
Shipping is done via DPD INTERNATIONAL, GLS or DHL .

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery in real time.

📌 If delivery fails due to a recipient error (incorrect/incomplete address or phone number), a round-trip shipping fee will be charged.

Online Orders

After selecting the products, press the "Complete order" button on the cart page and fill in the delivery details:

  • If you are a new customer, fill out the required fields in the form.

  • If you already have an account on Navitruck.ro , enter your email address and password.
    You can reuse previously saved information or add new information, which will be remembered for future orders.

After processing your order, you will be contacted by phone or email to confirm delivery details.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting Monday , in the order received.

Order Delivery

We deliver ordered products anywhere in Romania .

Delivery is made exclusively by express courier – SameDay Courier .

  • Fixed transport fee: 19 RON , valid nationwide, including in villages

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days
